Who we are
Sorrento Marketing has been working in the pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan since 2014. We are the local partner of international manufacturers: we take on the functions that require in-country presence and carry the product from the first market assessment to the pharmacy shelf and safety reporting. A principal can hand over a single function or the entire commercial operation.

Commercial team
Medical representatives across the regions, trade representatives for the pharmacy channel, product management, key account work and regional management.
Registration and regulatory affairs
Dossier preparation and submission, recognition procedure, variations and renewals, and support through changing requirements — from serialisation to GMP.
Pharmacovigilance
An in-house system built on standard O‘z MSt 339:2024 and Ministry of Health Order No. 18: a local qualified person, adverse reaction case processing, PSMF, periodic reports and reconciliation with the partner.
Foreign trade and logistics
Import, customs clearance, temperature-controlled warehousing, supply to pharmacy chains, clinics and hospitals.
Market analytics
Molecule potential assessment across commercial import and public procurement, competitive landscape, pricing and portfolio priorities.
How we work
Transparency instead of summary reporting
Every medical representative visit is logged in a CRM with GPS verification. The partner receives plan-versus-actual reporting by physician, pharmacy, product and region — not an aggregate number.
Regulatory discipline
Prescription products are promoted only in the professional channel. Our pharmacovigilance system passed a partner audit in 2026.

Before a principal invests in registration, we show the size of the niche, the competitors and the realistic timelines — based on data, not expectations.
Manufacturing in the country
The group’s manufacturing site is Laxisam Pharmaceuticals (Tashkent), operating to GMP standards with over 26 products in production. Local production is an advantage in public procurement.
